Service limits

The record covers the identified production activity and assigned packages only. TEKMERIS does not approve material, assess fitness for use or make a transaction lawful.

How does packaging connect to its record?

Check the documented relationship between these four references. Matching labels alone do not establish the link.

Manufacturer’s batch number

Identifies the manufacturer’s production batch.

TEKMERIS observation reference

Identifies the dated record of the agreed activity observed.

TEKMERIS Seal serial

The unique number printed on each TEKMERIS Seal. The package list records which packaging carries that Seal.

Laboratory sample ID

Identifies the sample tested. Supporting records must connect it to the production batch.

Production observation and sealing

For pharmaceutical, API and peptide engagements, production-licence and GMP checks are central: identify the actual manufacturer, check the licence holder and production scope, and examine the relevant GMP records. TEKMERIS records what each check supports and any gaps in the records; it does not issue GMP certification.

A buyer or producer may engage TEKMERIS to attend agreed production activity for a specified batch, including the producer’s own production batch, subject to lawful scope and checks for actual conflicts of interest.

Seals are applied to covered packaging at the line, manually by a TEKMERIS Field Observer or by manufacturer staff or labelling equipment under the TEKMERIS observer’s direct observation and control. Every applied serial is recorded; issued, applied, voided/damaged and outstanding stock are reconciled.

Optional laboratory testing

Optional laboratory testing is a separately charged third-party service, outside TEKMERIS’s observation engagement and report. The laboratory issues its own report; TEKMERIS records its observations and sealing work. Sample-dispatch responsibilities and report linkage are explained below.

A witnessing-and-sealing engagement can be completed without laboratory testing, subject to its other agreed scope, documentation and release requirements. Where none is recorded, the record states: No laboratory report recorded.

THE TEKMERIS SEAL

Connect production observations, batch references and packaging.

The serialised Seal links identified packaging to the observation record. Optional laboratory reports are issued separately and describe sample-specific results.

ANNEX P · AGREED SCOPE

Optional laboratory testing.

Laboratory testing is optional, separately charged and performed by an independent laboratory. The client and laboratory agree the tests and sample plan; the laboratory issues its own report.

Results relate to the identified samples and stated methods. They do not establish that every covered package was tested.

Review possible tests and sample-dispatch arrangements

Identity; chromatographic purity; specified contaminants; endotoxins. Each is a separate question for the independent laboratory. Methods, sample requirements and reporting limits must be agreed for the material; these are examples, not an included test panel.

Optional sample dispatch

Laboratory coordination is optional. If requested, TEKMERIS instructs the factory to package and dispatch samples directly to the client's nominated laboratory under written instructions. TEKMERIS Global does not physically store or take custody of peptide products.

Service limits

TEKMERIS records agreed production activity and assigned packaging. It does not determine regulatory status or approve any material or use. A research-use label does not establish clinical suitability or lawful use. Products labelled research use only are not for human or animal use. Nothing on this page is medical advice.

Channel separation

TEKMERIS does not manufacture, buy, sell, import, export or distribute products, and takes no part in selecting medicines for clinical facilities. Any agreed public-registration check identifies the register and date. It does not extend to selecting medicines or recommending treatment.

Commission the work you need.

Buyers, producers and service partners may commission a premises visit, an agreed production activity for a specified batch or both, including their own premises and production batch. Select the relevant production annex and describe the requested scope in the enquiry. The agreed fee pays for the work, not a favourable finding. Acceptance is subject to lawful scope, competence, access, documentation and actual conflicts of interest.

Review the record behind a marked product.

Each assigned serial identifies covered packaging for specified production activity. Check the record and inspect the physical seal separately; a scan cannot establish its present condition. No account or login is required.

ACCESS CHECK - ANNEX P

Enquire about product verification

The Access Check establishes whether the proposed observer visit and scope can be arranged. Describe the request below for a written quotation; agreed work starts after payment and authorisation.

Seals and badges require the applicable scope and release review.

Your enquiry is sent only at the final step.
How commissioning and fees work

TEKMERIS provides a written quotation. Payment and authorisation precede agreed access-check activity. Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding. If the full engagement proceeds, the access-check fee is credited against it.

Refused access and any reason supplied are reported in writing; refusal alone is not wrongdoing. Independent laboratory testing is optional and separately charged.
