TEKMERIS Global engagements are directed by our Managing Director, a registered Australian healthcare practitioner (AHPRA/ANTA) specializing in clinical risk and supply-chain integrity.
Every engagement is staffed as a team, not an individual. Compliance officers and field auditors — protocol-certified and bound by the same independence rules as the Managing Director — accompany or execute on-site work under his direction. Accredited ISO 17025 laboratories perform all blind testing. As engagements scale across regions, vetted ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Lead Auditors, food-authenticity and cosmetics-GMP specialists, infection-control and clinical-infrastructure specialists, and pharmaceutical quality engineers join the bench under the same protocol.
One chain of accountability: every workpaper, custody form, and laboratory result is reviewed and signed by the Managing Director before a dossier is released. One protocol. One signature.

Tekmeris operates strictly as an independent QA/QC consultancy and supply chain auditor. We do not manufacture, buy, sell, import, export, or distribute biological products.
Strict PRC compliance
We accept no commissions, no referral fees, no hospitality, and no outcome-contingent consideration from any party. Qualification fees are flat and paid regardless of verdict.
Client-side, always
Our fee is flat and outcome-independent in every engagement. In buyer engagements we act solely for the buyer; in facility- or manufacturer-commissioned qualifications, the published verdict belongs to the market, not the payer.
One report. No leaks.
Field teams operate under a strict silence policy during audits. No interim findings, locations, or operational logistics are released to anyone — including the client — until the final sealed dossier. Forensic integrity outranks convenience.
If it isn't recorded, it didn't happen.
Every finding traces to a workpaper, photograph, custody form, or laboratory result. No verbal assurances, no staged sampling, no back-dated records. Workpapers are retained for five years.
One signature.
No dossier is released without Managing Director review and signature. Field teams execute the protocol; accountability for every word in the report rests with one person.
