Konstantino Dimitropoulos founded TEKMERIS Global to give clients a clear, factual record of production activity and facility visits. Based in China since 2019, he leads the company and is accountable for the scope, independence and reporting standards of its work.

The Managing Director reviews and signs each TEKMERIS report before release.

How expertise is assigned

The agreed scope determines the expertise required. TEKMERIS confirms the people, competence and access needed before accepting the work. Specialist technical assessments or audits require a separate scope and suitably qualified professionals.

Field observations and laboratory results remain distinct. TEKMERIS records the agreed observations; an independent laboratory performs any commissioned testing and issues its own report.

What a client can rely on

Defined reporting scope

The engagement defines the site, activity and questions to be recorded. The report distinguishes direct observations from supplied information and states where access or evidence was unavailable.

Independent field work

Observers follow the written protocol and independence rules: no personal commission, gift or consideration from factories, facilities or laboratories, and no prior relationship with the party examined. These rules are distinct from TEKMERIS receiving the agreed engagement fee.

Separate laboratory evidence

TEKMERIS performs no laboratory analysis. If requested, the factory sends samples to the client’s nominated laboratory under written instructions. Reports identify their source, reference and sample-to-batch link. Blind or witnessed testing is described that way only where evidence supports it.

Independence

No manufacturing or product trading

TEKMERIS Global operates strictly as an independent verification firm. TEKMERIS does not manufacture, buy, sell, import, export or distribute any product. Fees pay for work, not findings.

Anti-corruption

No payments to influence findings

TEKMERIS accepts no referral commissions, influence payments, hospitality or outcome-contingent consideration. An agreed engagement fee may be paid by a buyer, producer, facility operator or service partner, including for its own premises or production batch. It pays for the work, not a favourable finding.

Fiduciary

Fees agreed in advance

TEKMERIS's fee is flat and outcome-independent in every engagement. Findings are recorded independently of who commissions the work. Enquiries across all seven annexes are welcome; acceptance depends on lawful scope, competence, access, evidence and actual conflicts of interest.

Report release

Arrangements confirmed. Findings reviewed.

Clients are informed of the confirmed schedule and site-access arrangements for the TEKMERIS observer. Findings and progress assessments remain private until the report is complete, reviewed and signed.

Evidence discipline

If it isn’t recorded, we don’t report it.

Reports identify the notes, photographs and documents supporting each finding. Missing evidence and limits are stated. Records must not be staged or back-dated.

The Managing Director reviews and signs each report before release. The report identifies its scope, findings, evidence sources and limitations.

Service boundaries

Observation, not advice

TEKMERIS Global provides on-site observation and verification services only. Nothing on this website or in TEKMERIS reports constitutes medical, therapeutic, dosage, or legal advice; an endorsement of any substance or its use; or a guarantee of regulatory compliance on the part of any buyer.

Clients are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including TGA requirements in Australia. Consult your prescribing physician for medical decisions and qualified counsel for legal ones.

Products and samples

Observations about food, olive oil and nutraceutical production are scoped to the identified production activity and covered packaging. A laboratory report describes identified samples and tests, not every package. Neither record is a health claim or regulatory approval.

The record identifies the exact packages and serials covered. A carton seal does not give each inner item its own seal. A lookup cannot confirm the physical seal’s present condition.

Observation is arranged before the agreed activity. Independent testing is optional and sample-specific; neither service guarantees product safety.

Facility visits

TEKMERIS provides no medical services and no medical advice. A TEKMERIS Field Observer attends the facility on a stated date and records what was observed in the agreed accessible areas.

Equipment records and written procedures are attributed as presented; they are not calibration tests, protocol-compliance audits or emergency-readiness assessments. Any agreed registration check names the public register and date. This never covers clinical judgment, practitioner competence, or individual outcomes.
