TEKMERIS Global Terms and Conditions of Use
Version 1.4 · Effective 1 October 2026
1. Agreement to terms
Use of tekmerisglobal.com (the "Site") constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. TEKMERIS's role: independent verification only
TEKMERIS Global provides scoped on-site production observations, controlled sealing of identified packaging and factual facility visits. It records observations and attributed evidence on the client’s behalf. Buyers, producers, facility operators and service partners may commission TEKMERIS, including for their own site or production batch.
Individuals, including prospective guests and patients, may enquire about a scoped factual facility visit. Acceptance depends on lawful scope, competence, access, evidence and actual conflicts. An enquiry does not create an engagement or authorise site contact. Written quotation, payment and authorisation precede the agreed access-check work. Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding.
TEKMERIS does not manufacture, buy, sell, broker or distribute products or select suppliers. TEKMERIS Global does not physically store or take custody of peptide products. TEKMERIS takes no commission or influence payment from any party.
3. No medical advice; no classification of products
Site content is factual service information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. TEKMERIS makes no medical, diagnostic or therapeutic claims and does not determine clinical safety, efficacy or personal suitability. Individuals may enquire about scoped factual facility visits; TEKMERIS does not recommend treatment or audit professional qualifications.
TEKMERIS does not test, certify, license or approve products or facilities, determine their regulatory status or determine suitability for any purpose. Applicable legal responsibilities remain with the relevant manufacturer, supplier, operator, professional and user; TEKMERIS’s observations do not replace those responsibilities.
A product label or facility licence does not by itself establish clinical suitability or lawful use. Products labelled research use only are not for human or animal use; that label does not establish legality in any jurisdiction.
4. Services; signed agreement prevails
The Site describes capabilities only. Each engagement is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement / engagement letter and its annexes. In any conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms.
5. Eligibility & acceptable use
The Site is for users aged 18+. Buyers, producers, facility operators and service partners may commission TEKMERIS. Individuals, including prospective guests and patients, may enquire about a scoped factual facility visit; acceptance and engagement terms must be agreed separately.
You must provide accurate information and must not use the Site unlawfully; misrepresent your identity or authority; scrape, probe or interfere with the Site or verification portal; or misuse TEKMERIS names or marks.
6. AI chatbot
Chatbot content is informational only, may be incomplete, and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice.
7. Intellectual property
TEKMERIS, 泰勘 and the TEKMERIS seal logo are brand identifiers used by TEKMERIS Global. All rights reserved.
TEKMERIS owns or licenses its website content, methodologies and brand materials. Third-party reports, client materials and third-party marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Subject to those rights, you receive a limited, revocable licence to view and internally use materials for evaluation. No reproduction, distribution, publication or derivative use without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.
8. Dossier use & publication
Verification dossiers are delivered solely to the engagement client. Publication, marketing use, or third-party disclosure requires prior written consent; unauthorised use is a material breach and the dossier may be publicly retracted.
9. Disclaimers; no reliance
Findings apply to the identified activity, attendance date and exact assigned packaging recorded within the agreed scope. Read the scope, status and limits shown on each record. Laboratory testing is optional, independent and separately charged; a laboratory report describes identified samples and tests, not every package. TEKMERIS’s observation report and the laboratory’s report are separate documents.
Results do not warrant unassigned or unsealed units, other production batches, quality, clinical safety, efficacy or regulatory approval. A tamper-evident seal identifies covered packaging; a lookup does not inspect its current physical condition or establish its contents. The Site is provided “as is”; TEKMERIS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) TEKMERIS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including lost profits, data, or goodwill); (b) TEKMERIS's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to it in the 12 months preceding the claim; (c) nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law guarantees).
Where such law applies, TEKMERIS's liability for services is limited, at TEKMERIS's option, to re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of re-supply.
11. Indemnity
You indemnify TEKMERIS against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or content, or your purchase, import, or use of any product.
12. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information; client information is handled per the Privacy Policy and any engagement NDA.
13. Fees
No prices are published on the Site. Quotations follow written review of an access check form; fees, taxes, and payment terms are set in the signed agreement.
14. Third-party links
Linked third-party sites are not under TEKMERIS's control; inclusion is not endorsement.
15. Force majeure
TEKMERIS is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Haikou, Hainan have jurisdiction, except where a signed engagement agreement specifies its own dispute mechanism. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer or statutory rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence.
17. General
Severability; no waiver; no assignment without consent; these Terms plus the Privacy Policy and any signed agreement form the entire arrangement.
