Proposed referral fees would be paid by TEKMERIS under the programme agreement. Referrals involving a conflict will not be accepted.
An ordinary fee for TEKMERIS’s own work is separate from a referral payment.
No referral commission or influence payment is accepted from — or paid to — a factory, facility or laboratory being verified. This does not prohibit an ordinary agreed TEKMERIS engagement fee paid by a buyer, producer, facility operator or service partner for its own premises or production batch, and does not expand affiliate eligibility.
Where a referral creates a conflict, TEKMERIS declines the referral.
