A visit with a defined scope.

A brochure describes a facility. A visit record states which areas were observed, when the visit took place and which information came from the operator.

Observed on site

Agreed accessible spaces, visible equipment, accommodation or amenities as observed on the visit date. Inaccessible areas, unavailable evidence and activities outside scope are recorded as limitations.

Supplied by the operator

Operator descriptions, practitioner profiles, sourcing statements, equipment records and written procedures remain attributed to their source. Any independent confirmation identifies the check and source; receipt of a document is not confirmation of its claims.

For example, TEKMERIS can record that a piece of equipment and a dated calibration record were presented. This is not a calibration test. Observing a posted emergency procedure or hygiene activity is not an assessment of emergency readiness, sterilisation effectiveness or protocol compliance.

Report and publication

The client receives a dated report identifying the site, visited areas, agreed scope, findings, evidence sources and limits. Where a badge is issued, it relates to that specific record.

A visit or private report does not automatically qualify a facility for a public badge. Eligibility and release review, together with publication permission, apply. An authorised public summary is distinct from a full report, which requires permission to disclose.

What a visit does not establish

This is not accreditation, clinical approval or a professional-qualification audit. TEKMERIS does not assess clinical competence, recommend treatment or guarantee safety, treatment outcomes or future conditions. A visit to one area does not endorse the whole facility.

FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION

See a retreat visit and its matching summary.

The fictional retreat example shows observed accommodation and activity spaces alongside operator-supplied information. The badge must carry its own scope statement, with supporting detail in the linked record. This proposed summary illustrates how those distinctions could appear; it is not a live facility-registry service or an issued badge.

Select the relevant facility category.

Hospital, clinic and wellness visits need a scope suited to the location and your questions.

For observations of medical-device production, use the product route for medical devices.

How commissioning and fees work

TEKMERIS provides a written quotation. Payment and authorisation precede agreed access-check activity. Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding. If the full engagement proceeds, the access-check fee is credited against it.

Refused access and any reason supplied are reported in writing; refusal alone is not wrongdoing. Independent laboratory testing is optional and separately charged.
