How the Access Check works

Establish whether the proposed visit and scope can be arranged.

  1. Illustrative client with her hands resting on the desk beside a laptop enquiry form.

    DESCRIBE THE REQUEST

Identify the product or facility and the site. Explain the observations you need.

  2. Illustrative representative holding a tablet displaying the Access Check quotation, with scope and fee.

    RECEIVE A QUOTATION

TEKMERIS® reviews your proposed scope and provides an Access Check quotation.

  3. Illustrative client holding a tablet displaying the authorisation document, with files and an invoice on the desk.

    PAY & AUTHORISE

Confirm payment and authorisation before agreed Access Check activity begins.

  4. Illustrative TEKMERIS coordinator in a branded navy shirt arranging site access by telephone, with a checklist on her desk.

    CHECK SITE ACCESS

TEKMERIS® checks permission and practical arrangements for the proposed visit and scope.

  5. Illustrative clean-shaven client-side purchasing officer with a tablet displaying the written Access Check report.

    RECEIVE THE OUTCOME

Receive a written outcome covering access, any limits and any reason for refusal supplied.

  6. Illustrative client team in a boardroom reviewing a pharmaceutical filling-line picture and next-stage plan on a wall monitor, with its executive at the head of the table.

    AGREE THE NEXT STAGE

If proceeding, scope the full engagement separately and credit the Access Check fee.

Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding. If the full engagement proceeds, the Access Check fee is credited.

Refused access and any reason supplied are reported. Refusal alone is not wrongdoing.

Access Check fee and scope

The Access Check fee covers the agreed preliminary work and written outcome, even if the visit cannot be arranged. If the full engagement proceeds, the fee is credited towards it under the quoted terms.
