What does TEKMERIS do?
Independent observation. Documented findings. Traceable records. Buyers and producers can commission agreed production observations and controlled tamper-evident sealing of identified packaging. Facility clients and operators can commission scoped visits and dated reports; public Badge display requires review and permission. Laboratory testing is optional and separately charged.
Which route should I take: products or facilities?
For products and production, use the Seal route: agreed observations and identified packaging, with optional sample-linked laboratory evidence. For a dated visit to a clinic, medical facility, medispa, wellness centre or retreat, use the Badge route. Manufacturing medical devices belongs in the product route; visiting a place that uses them belongs in the facility route. Both routes include clearly labelled fictional demonstrations.
What is the difference between the seal and the badge?
A product seal links an assigned package to the production activity observed and its identified manufacturer batch, within the agreed scope. A facility badge relates to a named location, visit date and agreed scope, with attributed findings and limits. The badge itself must carry its scope statement; the linked record provides supporting detail. Public release requires review and permission; a private report does not automatically confer a badge. Neither implies the other; neither is accreditation, regulatory approval or clinical-outcome assurance.
What is the TEKMERIS verification system?
The TEKMERIS verification system is the method used to define the work, record observations and connect authorised records to covered packages or a dated facility visit. The TEKMERIS Protocol and 65-Point Standard explain the approach; the TEKMERIS Seal and TEKMERIS Badge identify its product and facility components. These are document and component names, not separately registered marks. Read the Standard.
Which Standard is current?
The current 65-point Standard is v3.2, dated 30 September 2026. It records checkpoint applicability and makes laboratory testing optional. It does not activate new registry features or automatically confer badges. Read the 65-Point Verification Standard; v3.1 is historical.
What does TEKMERIS not do?
TEKMERIS does not manufacture, buy, sell or distribute products. It does not select suppliers, perform laboratory tests or provide regulatory approval. It records agreed observations and controls sealing within scope. It does not give medical, dosage or legal advice. Read the custody and laboratory limits.
Which industries does TEKMERIS cover?
Seven annexes define the scope: Peptides, APIs & Compounds (P); Nutraceuticals, Supplements & Traditional Medicine (N); Cosmetics, Skincare & Topicals (C); Olive Oil, Premium Foods & Beverages (F); Medical Devices, Equipment & Supplies (D); Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities (H); Wellness Facilities, Clinics & Retreats (W). Five cover products and two cover facilities. Each engagement needs scope, access and competence review.
Who engages TEKMERIS?
Buyers, producers, facility clients, facility operators and service partners may commission TEKMERIS. Findings are recorded independently of who pays for the agreed work. Enquire about product verification or facility verification. Prospective guests and patients can use the personal facility enquiry form for scoped factual observations.
What does the name TEKMERIS mean?
The name draws on the Greek tekmerion and expresses our commitment to disciplined observation, clear records and stated limits. It does not imply that a seal or report proves more than its recorded scope. Read the philosophy.
Where is TEKMERIS based, and where does it operate?
TEKMERIS is registered in Hainan, China. It scopes on-site engagements across mainland China. Buyers, producers, facility operators and service partners may commission work; individuals may enquire about a scoped facility visit. Dates and delivery capability are confirmed for each engagement. Optional laboratory coordination uses the client's nominated laboratory.
Is TEKMERIS a certification body?
No. TEKMERIS Field Observers attend and record. TEKMERIS does not certify, accredit or license anything and holds no regulatory authority. It distinguishes what was observed, what others supplied and what was checked against public records.

Getting started & fees

What qualifications do China pharmaceutical/API observers need?
The China pharmaceutical/API observer role requires relevant pharmaceutical/API QA/QC or third-party audit experience, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, native Mandarin proficiency and professional English. Other industries are assessed against their own agreed work. An application or industry contact does not establish appointment. Review the application requirements.
Can I request deeper research or a technical audit?
The core production service is initial agreed observation and controlled sealing of identified batches and packages. Deeper research or technical audits require a separate scope and suitable industry professionals confirmed before acceptance. Requirements depend on the industry and depth of work; potential contacts are not appointed partners. Discuss specialist work.
How does an engagement start?
The Access Check establishes whether the proposed observer visit and scope can be arranged. Submit the site details, intended timing and requested observations for a written quotation. Agreed work starts after payment and authorisation; its written outcome includes any refusal and reason supplied. If the separately scoped full engagement proceeds, the Access Check fee is credited towards it. An enquiry alone does not book a visit or authorise site contact. Enquire about product verification or facility verification.
How are fees set?
Fees are agreed in advance, independent of the findings and not calculated as a percentage of the goods’ value. The access check and full engagement are quoted separately. Travel arrangements and any included costs are specified in the quotation.
How long does it take?
Attendance follows the agreed production or facility date. If laboratory work is requested, its turnaround is stated separately. The quotation sets timing and release requirements for the engagement; no laboratory report is required solely because witnessing and sealing are requested.
What do I receive at the end?
TEKMERIS’s engagement report records dated observations, agreed scope and limits. Production records include assigned package serials and seal-stock reconciliation. The laboratory’s report is a separate third-party document, outside TEKMERIS’s observation engagement and report; its source and sample/batch linkage must be reviewed before association. An engagement that meets its other requirements may finish with the status “No laboratory report recorded”. Facilities have their own dated findings and a badge where applicable, without awaiting product testing.
Is anything released while an engagement is under way?
Clients are informed of the confirmed schedule and site-access arrangements for the TEKMERIS observer. Findings and progress assessments remain private until the report is complete, reviewed and signed.
Does TEKMERIS give medical, dosage or legal advice?
No. Nothing TEKMERIS publishes or reports is medical, therapeutic, dosage or legal advice, an endorsement of any substance or its use, or a statement about regulatory compliance in any jurisdiction. Clients are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their activities. For medical decisions, consult a prescribing physician; for legal ones, qualified counsel.
Can TEKMERIS find or recommend a supplier?
No. TEKMERIS does not find, introduce, select or recommend suppliers, and takes no commission from any. The client chooses the supplier; TEKMERIS verifies what the client has chosen. A verification firm that also sourced products would be assessing its own work.
Can I request the full report, and is there a viewing fee?
Access to a full report requires permission and an authorised disclosure. The online examples are fictional and do not provide access to client reports. Laboratory reports remain separate documents. Ask about access to a specific report; no viewing charge is promised or implied by a request.
Can an individual enquire about a facility visit?
Yes. An individual, including a prospective guest or patient, may enquire about a scoped factual visit to a named facility, subject to scope review, acceptance and access. Use the personal facility enquiry form. Provide the facility type and name, requested observations, your name and email; city and country are optional. No company name or email app is required. A recorded submission shows an on-screen confirmation. TEKMERIS does not recommend treatment, audit professional qualifications or assess personal suitability. An enquiry does not book a visit or authorise site contact.
Is the interim overview the revised 65-point Standard?
No. The Interim Service Overview v1.1 at the Service Overview is a separate short reference explaining commissioning, scope, evidence and limits. The current 65-point Standard is v3.2, dated 30 September 2026, at the Standard; v3.1 is historical. The revision is published, not awaiting publication. Neither document activates new registry features or automatic report access. Terms incorporated into any signed engagement retain their agreed precedence. Existing record meanings and QR destinations remain unchanged.

Product seals & records

What happens on the day of the production observation?
A TEKMERIS observer attends the agreed activity and records what was observed, the production batch and the packaging covered. The observer controls sealing at the line; factory staff or equipment may apply seals under that direct observation and control.

Every applied serial is recorded, and issued, applied, voided, damaged and remaining seal stock is reconciled. Read how production and package records connect.

When is the seal applied?
Seals are applied to the packaging within the agreed scope at the line, manually by a TEKMERIS Field Observer or by manufacturer staff or labelling equipment under the TEKMERIS observer's direct observation and control. Every applied serial is recorded, with issued, applied, voided/damaged and outstanding stock reconciled. Applying a seal to packaging is distinct from handling the contents or taking custody of the goods. Sealing does not depend on a laboratory report being available.
What does the registry show when I check a serial?
The current public lookup at /verify/ displays an observation reference and the recorded seal status, including PENDING, VERIFIED, WITHDRAWN, VOID, SUSPENDED, EXPIRED or NOT_VERIFIED; an unmatched serial returns not found. It is a registry lookup, not an inspection of the physical packaging. A scan cannot establish current seal integrity or that every package was tested.
Who does the laboratory testing?
An independent laboratory performs any requested testing and issues its own report. Testing is optional and separately charged. The client chooses the laboratory or asks TEKMERIS for recommendations; a recommendation does not guarantee competence, accreditation or suitability.

TEKMERIS may coordinate instructions; the factory sends samples directly to the laboratory. The report source and sample-to-batch link must be reviewed before results are associated with an observation record. Read the dispatch and handling limits.

What is tested?
Only the tests agreed with the nominated laboratory, when testing is requested. Depending on the product, the panel may address identity, assay, contaminants or other specified characteristics. TEKMERIS’s observation and sealing work does not include those tests or establish safety. A laboratory report describes the identified samples and tests. It does not mean every sealed package was individually tested. Before a report is linked to a production record, its source, reference, sample identity and connection to the batch must be established. Any claim that it represents a batch needs an agreed evidential basis.
What happens if the result fails?
The report records the supplied result, the specification used and the evidence connecting the sample to the covered production activity. A failed result is distinct from the absence of a report. Current registry withdrawal rules remain separate from engagement completion; the client should review the stated scope and findings rather than infer that every package was tested.
Does TEKMERIS store or take custody of peptide products?
Controlling seals on packaging is distinct from handling its contents or taking custody of goods. TEKMERIS Global does not physically store or take custody of peptide products.

For optional laboratory testing, the factory packages and sends samples directly under the agreed instructions. Read the laboratory workflow.

What if the factory refuses to admit an observer?
The access response and any reason supplied are reported in writing. A refusal is not itself proof of wrongdoing. The access-check fee covers that written answer; further scope is agreed separately.
What if the contracted supplier is a trading company?
That is what the counterparty check is for. Written quotation, payment and authorisation precede the agreed access-check activity. TEKMERIS matches the party on the contract against the business-licence scope on the public register and against the holder of the production licence. A trading company, a sales office or a warehouse has no line to witness. Where the counterparty is an intermediary, TEKMERIS follows the chain to the entity that holds the licence and records what the register shows. Where the agreed production activity cannot be observed, that is the finding, and it is reported in writing.
Does TEKMERIS verify shipping or the cold chain?
Freight, customs and temperature control in transit remain with the client and its logistics provider. A package serial identifies its assigned observation record; it does not monitor transport or determine the physical seal's present condition. Where sample dispatch is in scope, the factory sends samples directly to the nominated laboratory.
Can a producer commission verification of its own production batches?
Yes. A producer may request observation of its own premises, a specified production batch or both. The fee pays for the agreed work, not a favourable finding. Acceptance depends on scope, competence, access and conflict checks.
Can an engagement finish without laboratory testing?
A witnessing-and-sealing engagement can be completed without laboratory testing, subject to its other agreed scope, evidence and release requirements. Where none is recorded, the record states: No laboratory report recorded. Absence alone does not mean failure or that testing occurred.
Can the factory apply seals using equipment?
Seals are applied to the packaging within the agreed scope at the line, manually by a TEKMERIS Field Observer or by manufacturer staff or labelling equipment under the TEKMERIS observer's direct observation and control. Every applied serial is recorded, with issued, applied, voided/damaged and outstanding stock reconciled.
Does a subscription cover future production?
Each production record covers the identified production activity and the packages assigned to it. A later batch or separately scoped production activity requires its own engagement. Repeat-service arrangements cover those separate engagements; they do not approve a factory or future batches generally.
How are packages assigned to an observation record?
The manifest lists the exact serials assigned to covered packages. Do not infer coverage from every serial between two endpoints. A serial belongs to its assigned observation record only; neither its appearance nor a successful scan determines present physical seal integrity.
Will later laboratory evidence need a replacement QR code?
The illustrated update workflow is proposed: it would preserve the assigned package record, serial and QR destination when later evidence is added after review. Do not assume this is available for a particular record. View the fictional scan-summary example.

COAs & laboratory evidence

How does TEKMERIS secure peptide packets and cartons?
For an agreed future production batch, TEKMERIS oversees tamper-evident packaging and the attachment of a uniquely numbered seal to each covered packet or carton. The assigned seal number links that package to the dated record of production activity and sealing observed. Factory staff or equipment can apply the packaging and seals under direct TEKMERIS observation and control; sealing packaging does not transfer custody of its contents to TEKMERIS. Read the peptide COA guide.
Does a sealed packet mean every vial inside has its own TEKMERIS seal?
No. Coverage depends on the packaging level identified in the record and assigned serial manifest. A seal on a packet or carton does not give each inner vial its own seal, and separating the vials does not transfer the outer package seal to them. Compare the exact package and its physical seal with the record; a serial lookup alone cannot confirm present seal integrity.
Can TEKMERIS verify the production of peptides I have already received?
TEKMERIS cannot retrospectively witness completed production or apply a seal that implies an earlier observation took place. For stock already received, compare the laboratory report, package labels and supplied sample-selection, dispatch and production records. To arrange observation and controlled sealing of a future batch, enquire before the agreed production activity at the access-check page.
Does the peptide COA also cover the BAC water supplied with it?
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) supplied for peptide reconstitution needs its own batch details and relevant laboratory results for composition, sterility and endotoxins. A peptide COA does not cover the water. An independent laboratory performs the testing; TEKMERIS records the agreed observations and traceability. Read the peptide COA guide.
What do the NAD+ 1000mg and glutathione vial examples show?
Cases labelled NAD+ 1000mg and glutathione are shown as packaging examples. Those labels and case codes do not establish contents or a link to a tested sample. View the packaging examples.
Is the example peptide COA a real laboratory report?
No. The example COA is an illustration: its laboratory, client, supplier, sample, batch and results are fictional, and no tests were performed. TEKMERIS observation and sealing reports are separate from COAs issued by independent laboratories. View the illustrative COA.
Does a manufacturer name on a COA prove who made the product?
A supplier or manufacturer name printed on a COA is an entry in that document, not independent confirmation that the named business manufactured the sample. Establish the source of that information, the actual production site, and the records linking the sample, production batch and covered packages. A report or photograph alone is not proof of misrepresentation.
Where can I download the TEKMERIS Protocol?
Download the TEKMERIS Protocol (PDF). It is an overview covering seven markets, not a peptide-specific laboratory standard or a real client report.
Why is a Certificate of Analysis not enough?
A laboratory report describes the identified samples and tests. It does not mean every sealed package was individually tested. Before a report is linked to a production record, its source, reference, sample identity and connection to the batch must be established. Any claim that it represents a batch needs an agreed evidential basis.
Does a certificate prove the unit in my hand came from the tested batch?
A matching batch number alone is not enough. Check the sample identity, sampling and dispatch records, production records and exact package assignments. A documented link still does not mean every package was individually tested.
Is TEKMERIS saying certificates are fraudulent?
No. A report may be genuine and useful. Its value depends on the identified sample, methods, results and evidence connecting it to the batch and covered packaging. Who supplied or commissioned it must be recorded; that fact alone is not proof of fraud.
What does a TEKMERIS seal prove that a certificate cannot?
A seal and its assigned serial record link the covered packaging to the identified production observation, within the stated scope. A laboratory report describes identified samples and tests. A serial lookup cannot determine whether the physical seal now in front of you is intact, or guarantee the contents or safety of a package.
What does blind testing mean?
Blind testing means specified information was withheld from the laboratory under a documented arrangement. It is not a default claim about TEKMERIS engagements. A report is described as blind or TEKMERIS-witnessed only when the actual evidence supports that description. Laboratory coordination is optional. If requested, TEKMERIS instructs the factory to package and dispatch samples directly to the client's nominated laboratory under written instructions. TEKMERIS Global does not physically store or take custody of peptide products.

Facility visits & badges

Where do I check a seal or facility badge number?
Use the TEKMERIS Verification Registry. Enter the complete seal serial number or facility badge number in the same field, or scan the QR code to open its linked record. The facility directory is optional browsing, not a required verification step. Public record checks do not require an account. A seal or badge number identifies a record; it is not a one-time authentication code. Private report access is separate. Only authorised, published facility records are shown.
What does a facility badge mean?
A record tied to a named location, visit date and agreed scope. It distinguishes direct observations from operator-supplied information and states limits. Public release requires review and permission. The fictional retreat example shows a proposed summary, not live registry functionality. It is not accreditation, clinical approval or qualification certification.
What is checked at a hospital, clinic or dental practice?
Hospital, department and clinic enquiries are scoped individually, subject to competence and access. TEKMERIS records agreed factual observations and attributes supplied documents. It does not audit qualifications, assess medical competence, recommend treatment or determine suitability for an individual. Please provide only the facility name and scope of your enquiry.
What is checked at a longevity clinic, med-spa or wellness facility?
An agreed boutique retreat or wellness visit may record accommodation, activity spaces and amenities as observed. Practitioner profiles, association documents and food-sourcing statements remain operator-supplied information unless separately checked within scope. Receipt alone does not confirm qualifications, membership or organic status.
Does a verified facility mean its products or batches are verified?
No. A badge records the facility as it was found on a date. A seal records one defined production observation. Neither implies the other. Read each record within its own scope.
Who pays for a facility verification, and does it affect the result?
A buyer, facility operator or service partner may commission the agreed work, including a visit to the operator’s own premises. The fee does not buy a favourable finding. Factual corrections may be considered through the review process; the payer does not control the findings.
What is the Verified Facilities directory?
A directory intended to grow from documented field visits after review and permission to publish. Internal prospects, completed visits and public records are distinct. There are currently no public entries on the website. See the facility directory and the fictional example at the fictional facility report.

Product markets

What does Annex P cover for peptides, APIs and compounds?
TEKMERIS records agreed production activity and assigned packaging; it does not determine regulatory status, approve a use or establish fitness for purpose. A research-use label does not establish clinical suitability or lawful use. Products labelled research use only are not for human or animal use. Read the service scope and limits.
Nutraceuticals, supplements and traditional medicine (Annex N)
TEKMERIS witnesses the agreed production activity for a specified batch and controls sealing of packaging within the agreed scope. Optional laboratory evidence may address identity, assay, species, adulterants or contaminants, according to the nominated laboratory's agreed panel. Results describe identified samples; the service is not regulatory approval or a health claim.
Cosmetics, Skincare & Topicals (Annex C)
On-site production observation and controlled sealing of covered packaging. The record identifies the date and site, activity observed, manufacturer batch references and formulation documents presented. Assigned Seal serials identify covered packaging within the stated scope. Optional laboratory testing may address active identity, contaminants, microbial limits or stability within the agreed panel. TEKMERIS does not provide cosmetic safety approval.
Olive oil, premium foods and beverages (Annex F)
Attendance at the identified pressing, bottling or filling activity, with controlled sealing of agreed packages. Optional tests may address composition, origin markers or adulterants. Their scope is stated against identified samples; TEKMERIS does not guarantee authenticity or provide food-safety clearance.
Medical devices, equipment and supplies (Annex D)
Within the agreed scope, TEKMERIS records the identified production activity, units, packaging and records presented, including declared standards, calibration and traceability. Public-record checks and any optional laboratory evidence are distinguished from direct observations. TEKMERIS does not qualify a manufacturer, certify a device or grant market access.

Independence

Is TEKMERIS paid by factories or facilities it verifies?
TEKMERIS may be commissioned by a buyer, producer, facility operator or service partner, including for its own premises or production batch. The agreed fee pays for the work, not for a favourable finding. Findings are recorded independently of who commissions the engagement. An ordinary engagement fee is distinct from a referral commission, gift, hospitality or payment intended to influence findings. TEKMERIS does not accept those inducements. Actual conflicts must be assessed and disclosed.
What happens if a factory offers a gift or an influence payment?
It is refused, recorded in the engagement file, and reported to the client. Field partners are bound by the same rule and must report any approach within twenty-four hours.
How are partners and affiliates kept independent?
Field partners follow the agreed protocol and independence rules and submit findings for review. No gift or payment may influence a finding.

The affiliate programme is proposed, not open. Eligibility, referral fees and restrictions will be set in the programme agreement. Register affiliate interest.

Is TEKMERIS connected to any other business?
TEKMERIS Global and FORTHASIA Health are commonly owned. Where TEKMERIS examines a facility to which FORTHASIA Health intends to introduce patients, that relationship is disclosed on both sites and in the engagement record. Ordinary commissioning is permitted, but common ownership does not eliminate actual conflicts of interest. Conflicts must be assessed and managed before acceptance; no payment may buy or influence a favourable finding. Read the independence and disclosure requirements.
