ACCESS CHECK
The Access Check establishes whether the proposed observer visit and scope can be arranged at the named production site or facility.
Submit the site details, intended timing and activities or areas to be observed. TEKMERIS reviews the request and provides a written quotation.
After payment and authorisation, the agreed Access Check work begins.
The outcome is reported in writing, including any refusal and any reason supplied.
If the full engagement proceeds, the Access Check fee is credited towards it. The full engagement is scoped and quoted separately.
An enquiry alone does not book a visit, trigger a charge or authorise site contact. Fees pay for the agreed work, independently of the findings.
Five annexes cover product observation and packaging records. Two cover scoped facility visits. Each engagement is assessed for lawful scope, access, competence and actual conflicts of interest before acceptance.
Connect production observations, batch references and packaging.
Annex NDocument the production behind supplements and traditional medicine.
Annex CClear production records for cosmetic buyers and brands.
Annex FConnect pressing, bottling or filling to identified packaging.
Annex DConnect production records to identified units and packaging.

These fictional examples explain the report format, recorded scope and authorised summary.

FICTIONAL FACILITY EXAMPLE

Describe the product or facility, the site and the observations needed. The first step is a written Access Check quotation.
