THE TEKMERIS BADGE

Review the spaces and amenities behind the facility’s description.

The dated report distinguishes directly observed features from operator-supplied profiles, sourcing statements and other documentation. Separately scoped guest-experience visits may cover agreed aspects of a stay. Public findings and any TEKMERIS Badge require review and permission.

ANNEX W · POSSIBLE SCOPE

Define what the visit will cover.

Possible scope includes agreed guest accommodation, yoga or activity spaces, advertised amenities and operator-supplied profiles or sourcing documents. The report records inaccessible areas and unavailable documentation. Scope and access are agreed before attendance; this is not an exhaustive property inspection.

What the visit does not assess

Receiving a profile or document does not independently certify qualifications, association membership, organic status, safety or treatment suitability. TEKMERIS does not provide clinical approval, professional qualification audits or medical advice. The dated report describes the visit and its limits; public findings and any badge require review and permission.

A SEPARATELY SCOPED ENQUIRY

Guest experience observations

An operator may enquire about a separate guest-experience visit to compare agreed aspects of a stay with its advertised description. The booking approach, access and reporting arrangements require agreement before acceptance.

Possible observations include arrival, room presentation, available amenities and advertised opening times. Any reported measurement must state its method and limits. TEKMERIS observers attend as guests, never as patients; this is not a clinical assessment or treatment recommendation.

A private guest-experience report does not itself award a badge. Supplied staff profiles remain attributed information, not independently verified qualifications. Do not submit patient records or medical histories.

Commission a facility visit.

Facility clients, operators and service partners may enquire, including operators seeking a visit to their own facility. Prospective guests or patients may ask what factual checks are possible; individual commissioning requires acceptance and agreed terms.

Please do not submit medical histories or patient records. Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding. Acceptance depends on lawful scope, competence, access, documentation and actual conflicts of interest. Submitting an enquiry does not book a visit or trigger a charge.

How commissioning and fees work

TEKMERIS provides a written quotation. Payment and authorisation precede agreed access-check activity. Fees pay for the work, not a favourable finding. If the full engagement proceeds, the access-check fee is credited against it.

Refused access and any reason supplied are reported in writing; refusal alone is not wrongdoing. Independent laboratory testing is optional and separately charged.
