Laboratories, evidence platforms, inspection and service providers, travel businesses and retreat organisers may enquire about field work for their clients.
Tell us the location, requested observations and reporting needs. We will review access, capability and any conflicts before quoting.
Agree on the arrangements
Relationships and delivery locations are assessed individually. This is not a list of appointed partners or a promise of worldwide availability.
Laboratory coordination is optional. Clients choose their laboratory; testing is quoted separately. Accounts and volume arrangements may be discussed privately, with no rate or discount implied.
An enquiry does not book a visit or trigger a charge.

The application form is for specialists and laboratories offering their services to TEKMERIS. Applications do not confirm appointment or availability. Initial observation and sealing are distinct from deeper research or technical audits, which require appropriately qualified professionals and a separate scope.
GMP and synthesis field observers; cleanroom specialists.
Nutraceutical, supplement, and traditional-medicine QA specialists.
Cosmetics, skincare and topical formulation QA specialists: ISO 22716 GMP, stability, preservative challenge.
Food-authenticity specialists: olive-oil assessment panels and observation of pressing and bottling.
ISO 13485 device specialists; biomedical and electrical-safety engineers.
Relevant field or technical experience in hospital, dental or diagnostic facilities; assignments cover agreed factual observations, not clinical or compliance audits.
Facility observers: document agreed spaces, visible equipment and operator-supplied maintenance or procedure records; no clinical or readiness audit.
Laboratories with methods relevant to the agreed tests; qualifications and scope are reviewed for each request.
What a TEKMERIS partner commits to.
Partners work to the written TEKMERIS protocol, remain independent of the parties being verified, and submit their findings for review. Qualification and the Field Partner Agreement define the terms.
One protocol
Every partner must qualify under the TEKMERIS protocol before the first engagement and follow it on every assignment. The agreed tasks, evidence requirements and review process apply to every assignment.
Engaged and paid by TEKMERIS
Partners are engaged and paid by TEKMERIS. No factory, facility or laboratory pays a TEKMERIS partner, and no partner accepts a personal payment, gift or other consideration from one.
One signature
Every report is reviewed and signed by the Managing Director before release. Field observers follow the agreed protocol and submit their findings for review.
Independent of the payer
A buyer, producer or facility operator may commission TEKMERIS, including for its own premises or batch. The agreed fee pays for the work, never a favourable finding. Acceptance depends on lawful scope, competence, access, evidence and actual conflicts of interest.
Work that stands on its evidence
Agreed field work is documented and reviewed before release. Public attribution requires authorisation; it is not automatic. TEKMERIS partners are paid for their work, regardless of whether the findings are favourable. We welcome partners who share that discipline.
